RepairPartsPlus - Poor customer service

Ordered a replacement screen for iphone 6. Received a defective screen. Asked for a refund but received another replacement screen. Was lied to and told i was refunded and not charged for the second screen. Sent the replacement screen back and after repeated unanswered emails and several phone calls, finally received my refund. I will never do business with this company again.

Quality is awful & the customer absorbs the shipping costs + 20% restocking fee for their mistakes & there are plenty. They only post the positive reviews on their website from customers & yet there are floods of negative reviews on the Internet. Scam. They makes money even if the consumer returns the products. 20% profit on selling "air". Should be illegal!!!!!
